Your Systems. Your Network. Connected.
For businesses running local databases, on-premise accounting, or industry-specific software that doesn't live in the cloud. We build lightweight integration services — background agents that run on your local network, connecting your product database, accounting system, and client management tools so data flows automatically between them.
Our team has hands-on experience with AKS clusters, SQL Server replication and failover strategies, and the nuances of cloud-native infrastructure that most integration partners learn about secondhand.
Your data lives in three places. None of them talk.
"Our product database is on a server in the back office. Our accounting software is on another machine. Our client list lives in a third system. Every time we get an order, someone has to look up the product, check the price, enter it into accounting, and update the client record — all manually."
"We looked at cloud solutions, but our industry software doesn't have a cloud version. It runs on our local network and that's not changing. We need these systems to talk to each other without ripping everything out and starting over."
"Every month-end is a nightmare. We spend days reconciling numbers between systems because they're all siloed. Someone entered an order in one system but forgot to update the other two. Now the inventory count is off, the invoice is wrong, and we're chasing discrepancies instead of running the business."
These aren't problems you can solve by buying another piece of software. You need something that connects the systems you already have — quietly, reliably, and without forcing you into the cloud.
What we build
A small, silent service that runs on your existing server or workstation. It connects to each of your systems and keeps them in sync automatically — no cloud migration required.
Lightweight background agent
We build a small, purpose-built service that installs on your existing server or a dedicated workstation. It runs silently in the background — no interface to interact with, no windows to close, no resources to fight over. It starts when the machine starts and does its job without anyone thinking about it.
Automatic data synchronization
The agent connects to each of your systems — your product database, accounting software, client management tool, inventory tracker — and keeps them in sync automatically. When a record changes in one system, the others update within seconds or minutes. No more manual re-entry. No more conflicting numbers.
Remote installation & setup
We install and configure everything remotely — usually in a single 30-minute session. We connect to your network via a secure remote session, deploy the agent, configure the connections to each system, run the initial sync, and verify everything is working. You don't need to ship hardware or clear a week on the calendar.
Proactive monitoring
We monitor the agent from our end so if anything needs attention — a connection drops, a sync fails, a system updates and changes something — we handle it before you notice. You get a monthly health report showing sync activity and any issues that were resolved. Otherwise, you never hear from us because everything just works.
Who this is for
On-premise integration is built for businesses that run local software and need their systems connected without moving to the cloud.
Manufacturers with legacy ERP
Your ERP system has been running your production floor for years. It works. You don't want to replace it. But it doesn't talk to your accounting software or your order management system, so your team is the bridge.
Distributors & wholesalers
Inventory in one system, accounting in another, orders in a third. None of them share data, so every order means manual entry in multiple places. One integration agent eliminates all of that.
Businesses with industry-specific software
Niche software built for your industry that runs locally and was never designed to integrate with anything else. We've connected dental practice management systems, shop floor scheduling tools, and specialty accounting packages.
Cloud-to-local hybrid needs
Some of your tools are in the cloud and some run locally. You need data flowing between both worlds — your cloud CRM synced with your local inventory database, or your Shopify orders feeding into your on-premise ERP.
Data-sensitive operations
You need integration but you can't send your data through third-party cloud services. Whether it's regulatory, contractual, or just policy — on-premise integration keeps everything inside your walls.
Multi-system office networks
Any business running three or more local applications that should share data but don't. If someone on your team is the human bridge between systems, this replaces that manual work entirely.
We've deployed integration services in regulated environments — including healthcare and financial services — where data cannot leave the local network. We understand the compliance and security constraints that come with that territory.
What to expect
Here is what our clients typically see once their on-premise systems are connected.
One remote session to install the agent, configure connections, run the initial sync, and verify everything is working. No on-site visits required.
Your data never leaves your network. The integration service runs entirely on your equipment, syncing systems locally without routing through external servers.
Time your team currently spends manually re-entering data between local systems, reconciling records, and tracking down discrepancies.
We monitor the agent remotely and handle issues before you notice them. You get a monthly health report. Otherwise, it just works.
Your data stays on your network
This is the core advantage of on-premise integration: nothing leaves your building. The agent runs on your hardware, connects to your systems through your local network, and syncs data between them without routing through external servers. We access the agent remotely for monitoring and maintenance through a secure, encrypted connection — but your business data never touches our infrastructure. For businesses in regulated industries or with strict data policies, this is integration without compromise.
Frequently asked questions
Can you connect to systems that aren't on the internet?
Yes. That's specifically what on-premise integration is for. We work with local servers, air-gapped networks, serial devices, and legacy systems that were never designed for cloud connectivity. We bring the connection to them.
Will this require changes to our existing infrastructure?
Minimal changes. We typically install a lightweight bridge that runs on your local network and securely connects your on-premise systems to whatever cloud tools or workflows you need. Your existing systems keep running exactly as they do now.
What about security for systems that are intentionally isolated?
We respect the reason those systems are isolated. Connections are encrypted, access is tightly controlled, and data flows only in the directions you approve. For air-gapped systems, we can use one-way data bridges that maintain the isolation while still getting data where it needs to go.
Do you support legacy systems and old hardware?
Yes. We've worked with systems running software from the '90s, serial-connected devices, proprietary databases, and hardware that predates USB. If it stores or generates data, there's usually a way to integrate it.
